(That's a lot... o.o' I don't fully understand your reasoning as to which characters can be unlocked to play with and which cannot. I don't see why Pippa, Joss, and Swan would be someone to be unlocked, but Shiloh wouldn't be. I think too many more minor characters were chosen to be unlocked. Characters like Death, Rachel, and Evey make more sense, though, because they are powerful or important, or both.)

And I agree with Chirp on that... I mean, I understand if developing a moveset would be hard for some characters (like Phillip with his clairvoyance and seizures), but there are too many minor characters... And I don't even remmeber who Paris is. ^^' )
