(It was a wrestling match to get them out of the crates to see the vet... eme' I managed to get them back into the crates and into the car. My mom is paying for the visit and then we are outta here! *sitting in the car with my poor kitties* It was just a check-up, but they had to get some vaccinations.)

While Roy started to fold the laundry, Celeste returned home. The deaf marten just wanted to check on her sister and the boy staying with them, and get a sweater because it was a little chilly out, in her opinion. She was a little surprised to see Roy on the couch, apparently folding some laundry... the blue-eyed girl smiled a bit and waved in greeting.

"Really?" Scotty was a bit surprised at that. Sure, Stone was pretty awkward, and blushed a lot, but the sheep always just took that as his personality... He chuckled a bit, "Well, I guess we're both a bet clueless, then."

"Hey," Greyson greeted Phillip, smiling a bit even though the otter was clearly in pretty bad shape... he and Tina had just watched as the guy withered away, but that was coming to an end today. The pangolin decided to cut right to the point, "We came by to see how you're doing, and help you out... You guys just seem like you need an extra hand to help you recover, y'know?"

Shiloh recognized the voices at the door, pulling a blanket around herself to stop her slight trembling as she hobbled over to join Phillip. The hedgehog's muscle mass had begun melting away, so she didn't look nearly as tough as she used to... the haunted, tired look in her eyes just added to the "kicked puppy" air that seemed to surround her.

"Heh...I guess I'm just a bit unexpected then." Duel replied. He was trying to not look so sad, but he knew he could die today. All Marie had to say was one little word...

Malt saw that his tail twitched and smiled a bit. She was glad that he was waking up a bit.

(Hurhurhur..... eue And I feel like she would have matching bras and underwear.... But I still don't get the whole hype with that, to be honest. 

Roy: *sputters* O///e?! ) 

Roy was just thinking to himself a little, and only really paused from what he was doing to push his bangs back from his line of vision, not that they stayed out. He had a little pile next to the few Laura made before Roy send her off to bed. So, he was a little surprised when he heard the door opening, and stopped what he was doing when he noticed it was Celeste. He returned the little wave, but inwardly cursed himself for not having lessons with Laura yet about learning sign language. He couldn't communicate with the deaf marten (besides writing it down), and it was starting to get on his nerves because he hated not being able to communicate.

"Yeah.... I guess we are." Stone couldn't help a smile at that, anyway, before he looked around the path again that they were on. They weren't that far from the Safekeep, but it was nice to not have to worry about it for a little while.

Phillip looked a little taken back at what Greyson had said, and looked over to Tina for clarification. His sister nodded, before saying, "Yes... We've talked this over, and we want to help you where the healers cannot. You aren't alone with this, Phil. I know you don't normally like to ask for help, but it's the only thing we can give you and Shiloh. And you know I hate not being able to help." 

The male otter was honestly surprised at this.... He wove one arm around Shiloh, being a little paranoid now that she was going to fall from her legs giving out from under her, but he could finally recover.... "R-really...?" Phillip seemed to brighten up a little, but not much, as the depression was sucking the life out of him, "T-thank you... So much.... And I must really look terrible, don't I?" Some of his old personality was coming back, but again, it wasn't all that much.
