Risa cracked her knuckles and her neck.

"I'm gonna get some protein before we go okay?" she informed Teto

(Just saying that society isn't in shambles like it is in Doomsday so I have a head canon that Teto and Risa live together.)

Umbra shrugged his shoulders and left.

Elsewhere Ali was waiting on someone.

"C'mon, Risa where are you...you're never late to go to the gym..."

(I'm pretty sure they do XD)

"Fine, but hurry up!" Teto replied. He hated to be late!

Risa made a protein shake and started drinking it as she followed Teto dressed in her work out gear.

She shot Ali a quick text saying "On my way."

Teto just tapped his foot while he was waiting, he was just very impatient at the moment.

Risa walked passed him, "Let's go."

"Finally." he grumbled and started to walk beside the Linoone.

The headed down town meeting Ali on the way.

"You ready?" Ali asked challenging her friend almost.

"You know me. I love getting a pump on."

"I'm just gonna watch or read a book, okay." Teto said. He normally didn't train at the Gym because he hated to fight.

The three arrived inside. Ali headed off to the tread mill as she usually did.

Risa started pacing in the lobby.

"Grr!!!" she growled before practically grabbing Teto by the shoulders, "Arms chest or legs?!"

"What are you talking about?" he asked. He was trying to still remain calm, but in all honesty he was panicking on the inside.

"My work out today." Risa said, "Do I do arms legs or chest?"

As she said chest she pretty much chest bumped him.

Teto fell down once he was chest bumped. "Agh...do arms." he groaned.

Risa sighed with relief and hugged him, "Thank you fluffy friend!"

She then sprinted to the weight room

Teto felt a bit winded when she hugged him. He wasn't really used to being hugged, then again being hugged was different than being glomped.

Ali did a solid run for about 30 minutes, she was able to run a little over five miles on the treadmills higher speeds. She stepped off stretching and saw Teto just kinda sitting around. She walked over and sat down next to him.

"Hey." she said her breath a little ragged from her run

"Um...hey..."he said. Ali normally didn't talk to him since she was normally working out or working out with Risa. He moved a little bit away so that he could have some more space.

"So how goes living with Crazy?" she asked him wiping her forehead with a towel.

"What do you mean by that?" he asked and felt himself get a bit tense. He wasn't used to really talking to people who weren't insane as crazy as that may sound.

"Living with Risa," Ali explained, "You know she's not exactly...um..."-she paused searching for the right words, "The lights are on but nobody's home ya know?"

"That's only sometimes and considering how she acts how do you think living with her is going?" he asked.

"So you're adjusting?"

Though Risa wasnt the most sane person ever, Ali was still her friend so concern for her came naturally. Even though Teto seemed to mean well plus Risa seemed to really like him, Ali wasnt ready to watch her friend start getting involved with another guy.

"I've had to, it's not very hard once you know her sort of patterns I guess. What moods she can go into and what to expect from the outcome of those moods." he replied simply.

Ali nodded a bit, "So why do you come with us to the gym but dont work out?"

She was legitimately curious.

Risa had been pumping iron since they got here. As her protein high started to wear off she started getting tired. The Linoone put her weights up and started her cooldown routine.

"I'm not a fan of fighting or training to fight, I normally leave the fighting to Risa." he explained. He was waiting for Risa to come back to that they could end the conversation, it was strange to talk to someone that you hadn't figured out what's wrong with them yet.

(I love how hes trying to figure out whats wring with Ali when nothing is wrong with her.

Ali: So Teto is paranoid or something?)

"That doesnt answer my question Teto." Ali pointed out, "Why come here at all if you're not a fighter or even looking to maintain your general fitness?"
