(Well, she's about four or five. o3o BUT THAT COUNTS AS A BABY! <3333

For drawing children and babies, you just need to give them rounder heads with a short chin and shorter muzzle than you would give a teen or adult. Eyes should be proportionally large and round, with soft curves. Their necks are usually a little short, as are arms and legs. They aren't as curvy as adults; the curves of their legs and backs are even less noticeable. Their hair is wispier, tails shorter, and fur fluffier. And just dress them up really cute. owo

Child proportions are weird, it's just the way it is. XD It really depends on the age of the child as to how you draw them. Kids who are babies or toddlers tend to have even weirder proportions, but those who are at least six are a lot easier because their proportions are a bit more similar to grown people.
