Alright I finished modding my posts. Blueh if you don't mind modding yours or posting something completely we can move on. Otherwise I'll post something new for Allian. )

"Mhm. I work under Isaac Wycliff; he's the one in charge of the relief operation from Evenstell."

"Wycliff..." She started racking her brain, "I swear I've heard the name before."

"I think you're thinking of his brother, EJ Wycliff."

"Oh yeah! He's the kid that Julianne wanted for some reason that we were never told." she looked up again seeing a small group of ships coming in from over the north horizon, "So big brother owns a fleet of airships? Why did we use these initially instead of at the absolute last minute during our strike against Julianne? Probably would've saved a lot of people."

She could've guessed at that answer, communication is hard when your entire country gets blown up out of the blue. Still though if they had this air power at their disposal why wasn't it used more often?

"Communication is very hard between Kolerin and Evenstell... Especially since Kolerin's not even a country anymore."

"Ha!" Ali said, "Kolerin in a rotting cesspool of death ruin and destruction. Isaac's ships better not deny anyone passage to Evenstell."

"And they won't," a voice said.

That was familiar...but...it was from a long time ago. Ali turned and saw a hooded figure, only a bit taller than her and Lilly. He was passing them, off clearly looking for someone.

"How do you know? How do you know they won't charge us or something stupid like that?"

"Because I personally warned Isaac Wycliff myself. Anything funny and he's a dead man. That's under the orders of the Matriarchs of Evenstell."

She did know that voice, but before she could ask more, the male disappeared into the crowd that was starting to gather as the ships made their approach. She never saw his face from under that hood either but the garments he wore. It was a tunic that definitely came from Evenstell as the designed looked very ancient, hand crafted too. Ancient, yet not at the same time. The Stellans certainly stood out as far as their fashion sense went when compared to the rest of the world.

(Just to clarify, no, Cayde did not actually threaten Isaac with anything. He's putting up a front to keep spirits up for the refugees since Ali suggested it to everyone around her as a remote possibility.)

Lilly's ears twitched, "Cayde is right about that. Unless you have charges against you against any court, it's a little different. But we're just here to bring you to Evenstell. The government will deal with those that need to be dealt with." 

(Who is Cayde looking for?)

Viola finally had gotten everything packed. However, she just wasn't sure if she was allowed to bring any weapons. "Lance are you packed yet?" she called.

"Y-you're not...? You're by yourself...?" Now Phillip felt that tug on his heart strings. She's so cute...

"Yeah, I'm going alone. I can leave with everyone, right?" Lucy asked.

Viola slung her bag over her shoulder and went over to Lance. "I'm all ready to go."

"Y-yeah... Of course."

(I was going to say he was looking for Erik. Isn't Erik also from Evenstell? XD My memory is just going to shit tonight.)

"Cayde..." Ali echoed then it hit her, "Wait a minute. Cayde Vakiria? As in the dragon Cayde Vakiria?"

Cayde stopped and put his hood down and upon looking at Ali smiled, "Yeah that's me. Heh, it's been a while, Alison."

She crossed her arms, almost glaring at him.

"Look, I'd love to stay and chat but I need to go talk with one of the other guards they sent over here. We can catch up once you guys are safely in Evenstell."

And with that he flapped his wings hard and took to the air.

"Cool," Lance said and headed out leading the way towards the field.

(Yes, he is. He's looking for Roy, currently, but I'm kind of waiting on Chirpy... I feel like we're doing a bunch of stuff and leaving her out.

Also, Erik is technically not a guard.) 

Lillian cocked her head, "You know him...?"

(Okay then nothing major for Cayde and Erik and them until Chirpy returns)

"Know him?" Ali said turning to Lilly, "Yeah. I'd say I know him pretty well. Nice guy and all but ever since my dad wanted...stuff to happen between us I've never been able to look at him the same."

She sighed, "Trust me, it's pretty crazy."

Lillian's brow furrowed slightly, "Your father wanted you two together...?" That's what it sounded like... And Lilly really didn't like it already.

"Yeah...together."

She made an O with her index finger and thumb on one hand then ran the opposite index finger through said O, "Like that..."

"...subtle."

"No. It's a culture thing." She made her voice drop as deep as it could which wasn't very low as if trying to do a satire version of her dad, "You've gotta contribute to the continuation of the species, Alison, so go have sex with Cayde get pregnant and have a kid. I'm a big bad dragon lord,"-she returned her voice to normal after a moment, "Blah blah blah blah blah..."
