Greyson cringed under the weight of that question, curling up into a little armored ball; a defensive gesture, and one that he couldn't ignore. His instincts told him to curl up, and hide, and wait for the danger to pass. "I... I don't know... I... I've only seen pictures..."

Chase was laying on the couch, resting and mulling over what would happen with their lives now that they didn't have to anticipate their certain doom... What kind of job would he be able to get? He didn't have many skills. And would he and Pippa try to start a family? They could do that now, without fearing one of them dying... but Pippa had been through so much in her life. Surely she wouldn't want to try to have children again, after she had lost them before? So many questions to answer....

Sue was relieved when it was over, her pain-rage fading as she let her eyes close. Exhausted, she held her newborn to her chest, drawing in slow, heavy breaths. "Only one this time.... thank goodness..." She did not want another set of twins. Ever.

"I don't know about you, Greyson, but she looks a hell of a lot like you." Phillip replied, aware of his sister kind of staring at him as Greyson slowly started to react in a manner that didn't make him pass out.

Once she finally finished making her soup she called out to Chase. "Chase the soup's ready! Do you want anything to drink?" She poured one bowl for herself and did the same for Chase's bowl. The Papillion got herself a glass of warm water to drink.

Since Flare left her family, she tried to remember what she was doing before that. Oh yeah...Felicity..., she thought. The orange cat came back to check on her dhole patient, it was surprising that she could even stand since she had been quite wobbly on her way to Felicity.

(Well, uh... 2-3 days turned into twelve hours. We got a call from the hospital about an hour and a half ago that my grandfather passed. My parents went to be with my grandmother, who was there all night. I'm just kind of home trying to figure out what to do with myself. But, yeah... it's over now.)
